About

Who's behind the work, and why it exists

The Practice

Signal Stack Research LLC is an independent investigative research practice registered in Indiana. The work spans institutional networks, regulatory architecture, infrastructure buildout, emergency authority frameworks, and the quiet structural changes that shape how power actually moves.

The research is grounded in public records โ€” court filings, regulatory submissions, SEC documents, peer-reviewed studies, congressional testimony, agency press releases, public meeting minutes. If a claim cannot be linked to a primary source, it is not made.

The publication arm is The Serpent's Signal. Custom research is also available for journalists, authors, podcasters, and independent investigators who need a research partner with a verifiable method.

The Researcher

Rachael Lynch-Arbuckle is the owner and operator of Signal Stack Research LLC. She has been documenting institutional patterns, atmospheric anomalies, and the architecture of power for years, working across multiple research volumes that examine how the present arranges itself out of the past.

Her work is grounded in a credibility-first discipline. Claims are sourced. Inferences are marked as inferences. Uncertainty is named rather than papered over. When she is wrong, she corrects it in writing.

She publishes under her own name because accountability requires it.

Why It Exists

The current information environment is saturated with confident voices telling people what to think. Most of what circulates as "research" fails on method long before it fails on facts โ€” conclusions arranged to support priors, single sources treated as established, claims that match the audience's existing beliefs traveling faster than claims that don't.

Signal Stack Research exists to do something different. To slow down. To source. To distinguish between what the public record shows and what the researcher infers from it. To give readers a method they can apply themselves, not just a conclusion to absorb.

Patterns can be documented. Coordination claims require direct evidence. The honest researcher distinguishes between the two. That distinction is the entire practice.
